How long will it take to receive my order?

Ready to ship orders ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Special requests ship within the timeframe specified within our correspondence, and preorders ship within the timeframe specified in their descriptions. Shipping notifications are sent via email upon shipment. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Shipping within the U.S. is free for all orders, regardless of total. Shipping to Europe, Canada, and Australia is available for a flat rate of $6.75. Please contact me if you need priority shipping, as there is an additional cost for this. For regular first class shipping within the continental U.S., please allow 7-10 business days from indicated shipped date for your order to arrive. For first class outside of the U.S., please allow 2-4 weeks for items to arrive. For all other methods of shipping please allow the timeframe advised for that form of shipping.

Whenever possible, I try to use clean, attractive recycled packaging for shipping orders. I recycle and hope you will too! The exception is orders which include gift wrapping, for which I use new materials. I also do my best to ensure your order is packed with great care and attention to ensuring it arrives safely at its destination, so order with confidence.

**Where applicable, I do my best to set accurate shipping rates for every item, and am happy to refund differences of $1 or more.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

International orders are welcome. International customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by all import restrictions to their countries, and for paying any and all fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred. I do not cover taxes or fees imposed by the recipient's country. Please be aware of this when placing an order. Due to import restrictions and taxes, I do not accept returns on international orders, so please be sure to read the descriptions carefully and contact me with any questions you may have, prior to purchase. I will gladly take extra photos and answer questions about items in my shop to assist you with your purchase.

Rush processing is available upon request, otherwise allow up to 48 hours for order processing before shipping. Shipping transit time varies by country so please allow from 1 to 8 weeks.

Do you offer wholesale lots?

I do accept wholesale inquiries. While some of my items are of limited supply because they are created from salvaged materials, some can be produced in quantities and offered at wholesale discounts. Contact me for details on specific items, or if you're interested in having something custom created.
