Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I sure do! However, please allow for a much longer shipping time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Will my cuff/collar look exactly like the picture?

I make all of my work by hand, individually. Every single piece is hand made, except for the metal fixings. As such, there will be some variation in appearance due to each piece's unique creation.

Are these bullets safe?

These are 100% genuine, used, 9 mm bullet casings. I do thoroughly clean each bullet casing in several washings. However, bear in mind that there always is the possibility of lead residue when using bullet casings of any kind (albeit a very small amount of residue, and a very small chance of contact). As such, I do not recommend

a) putting any of my jewelry in your mouth

b) giving my jewelry to small children, because they have a propensity towards sticking inappropriate things in inappropriate orifices.

Can you customize a piece for me?

I do, on occasion, do custom commissions. Please contact me via email ([email protected]) with your specs and your request, and we can work out pricing and deadlines. However, if any of the pieces/leather requires special ordering, please bear in mind that my timeline depends on when I can get materials in by.

Can you resize a cuff to make it smaller?

I tend to pre-make a lot of the leather base for my cuffs. As such, it is much more work for me to resize a cuff and make it smaller, as opposed to simply adding to the extender chain to make a cuff larger. I consider a smaller resize as a customization. Please message me with an ask through my storefront and I will get back to you on pricing and how to directly deposit into my PayPal account.

Will I receive a tracking number with my shipping notification email?

All orders that are shipped within the USA are automatically assigned a tracking number. Unfortunately, international orders do not come with tracking numbers.

How soon will my order be shipped?

I try to ship within 7 to 10 business days. However, there are sometimes limitations (mostly due to the ever-changing and irregular hours of my local post office). Should your order be shipped later than those 7 to 10 business days, I will send you a notification email and further information.

Do you prefer a payment method (Stripe vs. PayPal)?

I do! If you can, please pay me via PayPal. It's much more convenient for me.

Do you do repairs if your pieces break?

As of August 2015, I can honestly say that I have only heard of one of my pieces breaking in some way, and the person who bought the piece said that they wore the bracelet out with overuse. Depending on the extend of the damage, I can work out individual repair fees with you. I can also advise you on how to fix it if you want to do it yourself, but honestly it's probably easiest for you to mail me the piece (IN A PADDED ENVELOPE!) so I can repair it for you.
