Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Only by request. Please contact me if you are interested in an item, I will work with you to find the lowest cost for international shipping.
I would like to order a custom item. How do I do that?
Click the "Contact" link and fill out a form or shoot me an email at [email protected]. I'll get back to you as soon as I can (typically less than an hour, if I'm awake) and we can go from there.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I try to ship the orders as soon as they are placed, time permitting, of course. If I'm not able to get to the post office the same day, assuming it's not a Saturday or a Sunday, I'll ship it off the next day. I ship with USPS. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Do I recieve a tracking number with my order?
Yes!
I placed an order, it said it's been sent, but I haven't recieved my order. What now?
If you selected and paid for tracking, please make sure to track your package. You can track your package at usps.com using the tracking number in the email I sent when your order was shipped.
If you DID NOT select tracking, please contact me at directly at [email protected] or text my business line (no phone calls please) at 210-399-2510 and I will try to assist you to the best of my abilities.
