Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! However, as we're new to this, please contact us before placing your order so we can do our best to give you the lowest shipping rate, and to make sure that any customs paperwork will go as smoothly as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
If an item / size I want is out of stock, what do I do?
Contact us! In most cases, if an item's out of stock, it'll be restocked within about a month. However, if an item is in extremely low demand, it may not be restocked for a while, due to the minimum order quantities imposed upon us by our printing suppliers. In these cases, we can offer a sincere apology and attempt to have it printed at a different printing house with no minimums, for a small additional fee.
