YES!. Corsets come in a variety of pricing, from custom made that usually start at $350+ USD right up to over $1000 or more. I decided three things I wanted to make sure about before choosing a manufacturer:

1. No child labour involved
2. No links to terrorist groups
3. No use of Laser cutters (fumes can kill a person in 2 mths)

It really limited options as Pakistan is popular mass distributer (but with many terrorist financial links to businesses) and China has less that stellar working conditions. Neither country is vigilant with enforcing child labour laws.

The corsets that are carried are made in a factory in Thailand. The employees enjoy fair working wages, air conditioning, regular breaks, accomodations on-site with proper bedding, all in a building that meets proper codes. NO child labour! They use industrial cutters, not lasers. Turnover is low. All these factor are why I can offer a Lifetime Guarantee on your purchase.

All product prices and shipping charges are listed in USD. If you are Canadian and prefer to pay in CDN funds, please contact us at [email protected] with Subject Line *CDN Price* and you will receive a quote that is good for two business days. It may help you save on conversion charges if you were paying via credit card and we would be pleased to help you save in anyway.

I'm in Canada, what about GST/HST? Will there be Brokerages fees added?

Great News! You will NOT be charged HST/GST by Haute Curvature due to our unique drop-shipping set up.

Also, you will NOT be charged any of those annoying Brokerage Fees.Those charges can really add up! We use USPS in USA and Canada Post in Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What if something is wrong with my purchase?

It's always exciting to receive your products and we understand the disappointment when its not exactly as you had expected or ordered. Contact Leanne directly within 3 business days of receipt via email with subject line *Order Issue*. In the body of the email please give your first name, your order number (found at the top of your receipt) and a phone number and send to [email protected].

What is Not Covered under the LifeTime Guarantee?

We are proud to be able to sell these high quality corsets but as with any well loved and well worn item there will be some wear and tear over the years. Showing casual wear is not covered by our Guarantee. Also:

•Instructions on how to *season* your corset will be provided via email when you make your purchase. Any damage or tearing due to improper seasoning will not be covered
•Improper care of your corset will also void this guarantee. You will receive care instructions via email. Basically your corset NEVER belongs in the washing machine!
•The Black Iris or Timeless clothing tag must be intact

What are the Store Hours?

We are open all of the time! That being said, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

Our Hours are from 9am EST until 6pm EST.

We strive to respond to every inquiry within 2 hours of receipt during our posted regular business hours. If your inquiry falls outside the posted hours, it just means it may be a little longer before we respond. At the very least, you will hear from us by the next business day.
