Distressed Low-Rise American Flag Cutoffs

For all you low-riders out there, these cutoffs are perfect for some good old fashioned American fun. To select your size, measure around your waist where low-rise jeans rest (this should be right above your hips.) An even easier way to do this is measure across the top of your best-fitting pair of low-rise jeans and double the number. (15 across would be a 30 inch waist.) If you don't see your size, select "don't see your size?" and specify in the notes at checkout. All cutoffs at 100% cotton, hand distressed and stitched by me.
