How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
My hair has a little shedding. What do I do?
ALL HAIR SHEDS! It is tied onto a thin weft so do not be alarmed. We don't advertise "NO TANGLING/NO SHEDDING" because that is not realistic. Your PLATINUM INCHES HAIR will have MINIMAL tangling, especially when compared to some lower quality hair on the market being sold as HIGH QUALITY.
My hair has a little tangling. What do I do?
CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS!! Discontinue the use of ALL hair products containing the word SULFATE. Also try not to shampoo the hair more than twice monthly. Using conditioner in place of the shampoo will help your hair retain moisture. This hair responds best to minimal added OIL. If you feel some oil is needed use a high quality or RAW Argan Oil, Sunflower Oil or Coconut Oil.
