Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! Please ask for a custom shipping rate before placing your order. We'll do our best to make it as affordable as possible, but international shipping can get expensive, and we want to make sure the shipping rate isn't too high beforehand.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Are your gemstones authentic?

Unless stated otherwise, all gemstone materials are natural. Some items use stones that are dyed or imitation, and they will state this information in the description.

Will your earrings turn my skin green?

Nickel is a very common metal allergy that results in green skin. Most of our earrings are plated in gold or silver, meaning there is a thin layer of gold or silver between the cheap base metal and your skin.

Plated metals can wear down over time, and the metal underneath may be exposed. At this point, you may experience some issues with discoloration.

Old, worn earrings purchased from our shop can be replaced with shiny new ones. Simply send in your old earrings and a payment of $1, and we will fix and ship your earrings back.

Alternatively, if you would like to order our earrings with 10k gold or sterling silver, contact us and we will make you a custom listing. Upgrading the metal will add $6-$10 to the price. We will provide an estimate.

Are your soaps all natural?

At this time, all of our handmade soap products use a pre-made soap base. Some of these bases are all natural, and others are not. Soaps that use natural bases will be labeled as such.

Can I custom order soaps?

If you're looking for a scent/shape combination that we don't currently have in the shop or you need more than we have in stock, please let us know and we will make a batch as requested.

For scents or shapes that we do not currently have available, we will do our best to acquire the necessary supplies.

We do keep a record of all soap recipes we have used, so if you ever need help figuring out which scent you purchased from us, we will be able to find the product and recreate it for you.
