How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to a week to process your order.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What size hat should I buy?
BABY - fits most infants under 1-2 years of age. Brim circumference: 19 inches.
SMALL - fits most children under the age of 8 or 9 years (and over 1-2 years of age). Brim circumference: 21 inches.
MEDIUM - fits most adult women and most children over the age of 8 or 9 years. Brim circumference: 22.5 inches.
LARGE - fits most boys over the age of 13, adult men, and women with larger heads or thick hair. Brim circumference: 23.5 inches.
What material are your hats made with?
We use anti-pill fleece for most of our hats and felt for the faces. Buttons are used on some hats for eyes. Very few of our hats are made with polar fleece, but we do make the occasional one with it!
