How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most Europeans orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1-3 weeks.
What is your policy on missing orders?
All order are shipped to the address included at checkout. We won't be responsible for your order going missing - if you would like to add tracking, that is possible for an extra $3 per package.
Missing orders can be re-shipped, at a lower price - contact us for more information.
