Small pocket holds 1 medium sized crystal or 2-3 small ones. Medium pocket, holds 1 large crystal, or several medium to smaller sized ones. Large pocket holds 1 extra large crystals, 1-2 large crystals or several medium ones. NOTE: These sizes do not reflect neck size, only the size of the pouch itself.
