" —Andrew Lloyd Webber "Phantom of the The Opera" Set of ten exquisite crystal hair flowers, inspired by the ones the character Christine wears in 'Phantom of the Opera'. Crystal flowers are set onto hairpins to stay in your hair snugly and invisibly. Each set comes beautifully wrapped in a giftbox (for the holidays. I offer free giftwrap and notecard service with each purchase, so if you would like me to include a special note, please specify in the 'notes to seller' section when you go through checkout. :) A uniquely romantic chistmas, anniversary or birthday gift for someone special (or for yourself :), or the perfect finishing touch for weddings or costume events. Each set is handmade by me and is one of a kind—the photos show different examples of the type of hair flowers you might recieve. If you prefer one in particular, you may note that with your order and I will do my best to match it as closely as possible if I can. These are custom made to order, so please allow 1 week for their creation after you purchase the listing for them to ship (all orders ship Priority Mail). Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most already finished (not custom)domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days (mon.-fri., excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.Custom and International orders may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

How long does the creation of my custom order take?

This is variable. Please allow 12-20 weeks creation time for your order, depending on size and time of year. My current order pad also affects timeframe.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is in the queue and cannot be cancelled

Do you give cash refunds?

Due to the custom handmade nature of my work, I do not give cash refunds. But I do stand behind my work and want you to love your item ❤️. If you do not love it, you may return within 30 days for a replacement (as long as you alert me of doing so within 48 hours of receipt) or, store credit in the full amount of your purchase. This does not expire and is good towards a new custom order or any other item in the shop

What if I a specific have a deadline I need my order by?

If you have a specific deadline, you must let me know at time of ordering. If I can meet your deadline, I will confirm with you (there is a $50 fee for deadline/rush order requests)

Can I request an item I do not see in your shop but would like made?

Yes! I love collaborating with my customers ❤️

What happens if my item is damaged or lost in shipping?

Once an item is handed over to the shipper, it is quite literally out of my hands.

I package my items well and have tracking available on all orders. If your item is lost or damaged in shipment, please contact me with the pertinent info and I will issue a replacement or store credit in the amount of your purchase toward another item
