If I'm in the Metro Detroit area, can I pick up my order?

Yes, with prior arrangements, your order can be picked up at Angelique Collections in the historic Penobscot Building in Downtown Detroit.

We also offer free delivery to safe locations the Midtown and Downtown Detroit areas. Purchase must be secured via PayPal invoice in order to reserve your items and make arrangements to meet.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped with tracking from the USA within 2 business days. Arrival times are based on the shipping option chosen, the destination, and the efficiency of your local postal office.

United States & US Territories:
- USPS Priority Mail arrives in 2-5 business days.
- USPS Standard Mail arrives in 4-8 business days.

Canada & Mexico:
- USPS Standard Mail arrives in 4-8 business days.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! There is an extra cost if you would like to add expedited shipping, tracking, or insurance.

Has there ever been an incident where a package was lost or damaged?

Never - orders are packed very well with lots of protection!

Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail include tracking and $50 insurance. We've shipped packages via USPS Priority Mail on Friday evening and it arrived to it's location within Michigan on Saturday! Very efficient service offered for only $7.
