Beautiful antique silver necklace featuring four distressed metal feathers and five small turquoise beads. Hangs on an 18 inch cable chain. String of feathers is 2 inches wide. Southwestern inspired. *I am able to adjust the necklace to any length you'd like. Just measure a chain from end to end (in inches) and specify the desired length in the "note to seller" box at checkout.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

U.S. orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days once they have been marked as shipped. Canada orders can take 1-2 full weeks to be delievered, and orders outside of North America can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If the postal serivce has lost your order, we will send out a new package as soon as possible. Contact us immediately if the tracking number has not been updated for awhile or if you haven't received your order in a timely manner.

If the tracking information shows "delivered" and the buyer claims they have not received it, the buyer will need to file a dispute with PayPal or their bank/credit card provider; we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have made it on the buyer's property.

Why is my order not going through?

Your order may not be going through because the address entered during checkout HAS to match your address linked to your credit/debit card or PayPal account. If you wish to ship the order to a different address, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we will send to the preferred address.

If your order is still not going through, try refreshing the page, closing the browser, and adding items back in your cart. If this does not work, there could be maintenance issues, to be sure, e-mail us and we will help you out the best way we can.

What if my order is shipped to the wrong address?

We ship to the exact address filled out by the buyer during the checkout process. If the buyer accidentally enters the wrong address, we cannot be held responisble. (Tracking information will include the delivery address.)

If for any reason we have made an address mistake, the item(s) will be shipped to you absolutely free of charge.
