Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! Anywhere in the world Hong Kong post office can reach will be at the same shipping cost! All purchases will be shipped with Hong Kong register post therefore will include tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will usually ship a few days after your order is received (I go around 2 o 3times to the post office, but please bear in mind Thursday to Saturday orders always ship out in the following week) , also read " Why is my parcel not sent yet?" , and it takes about 7-20 business days to deliver to most parts of the world. Business days means exclude Saturday, Sunday and any public holidays. All items purchased from us will be shipped with Hong Kong register post, which tracking numbers are given out the night before your package is shipped through Storenvy and Paypal.
Please note that we do not take rush orders, but we are more than happy to advise you on the estimated time of arrival of your package. If the chances low of your package arriving in a short period of time and you still continue with the purchase, we will do our very best to send the package out to the post office as soon as possible so that your package has the highest chance of delivering in the time you want. Please understand that we are not in control of the delivery time of your package. This is in control by the postal officers and custom people of both countries. Because of this, there is a chance your package will experience unexpected delays that are out of our control. If you wish for your item to be delivered earlier, please either place an order earlier or contact us to pay extra for shipping upgrades.
Note to South American/Central American/African/Polynesia France/ Middle east countries: Delivery has an estimated time of up to 2 months.

How come my tracking says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" for a while?

When you see "Origin Post is preparing shipment" that means I must have posted the parcel out because I no longer uses computer generated numbers.
As of July 1st 2013, all the packages sent from HK that starts with R (R for register) will only update when the package as arrived in the destination country. If your package has not been updated, then it means the destination country has not scanned the item yet. Please be patient, as sometimes international shipping can take a while and we are not in control of this.

My parcel is not here yet, what should I do?

First thing you should do is track the tracking number with hongkongpost.com or your country's postal website.

For USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Asian and Europe customers contact me 30days after purchase. Because I can only open a case to the post office for postal investigation after 30days the item posted.

Please give me time to do this and if the parcel doesnt arrive in 60days (that means no updates from post office, no updates from the tracking number) then i will confirm the parcel lost and i will ship the buyer via airmail with gifts at my cost.

I hope my customers understand that as a seller we can control when to ship the item but we have no control of when the item arrive to you... It is up to the postal workers and custom people of both countries yours and mine.
But I am a responsible seller, no matter what time I will be responsible for lost parcels. So please don't worry.
But if the original parcel (not the replacement ) arrived eventually I hope the customer can be honestly about it and let it return back to me or at least tell me about it to show some respect to me.

If the parcel arrived but the buyer failed to collect it within the post office stated time frame, the parcel will then return back to me automatically (please bear in mind this process can take some time, esp Europe countries as they use surface mail to return a parcel, while countries like USA and Australia are relatively fast) . Buyer will need to wait patiently for the parcel to come back to me plus pay for full postage. It is the buyers responsibility to keep track with the tracking number and details.
This is same with incorrect address.

Please note that you can contact me about parcels that are shipped for one month but no later than six months. Because it is the time I can help as the post office only keep the records for up to six months. Longer than that I will not be able to help you at all.

The tracking status of my parcel stated it is delivered but I havent received anything?

Alot of times it is the people who lives with you have signed the parcel on your behalf but forgot to tell you they did it. So please ask the people who lives with you.
Other than that I will not be responsible for this because as long as it states it delivered successfully to your address that is it. (correct postcode, correct town name, correct country) There is nothing I can do more.

Please understand there are things I cannot help, it is not that I am not bothered, it is the post office will not provide me with more information than what you can ask for.
Everything is based on the tracking details.
The result of paypal claim/dispute is final.

I have ordered a few items from your shop inlcude pre order items, why are the already instock items arent being shipped?

If you want me to ship the already instock item then you should not purchase them with pre order items because then it will be calculated as combine shipping cost. If you want two or more shipments please pay them seperately, if not i will take it as ship them all together until the last preorder item arrives.

Can I cancel my order?

I would only take cancel order for things like
Accidentally buying the same item twice at the same time because of system error.
Other than the above reason I wont accept canceling of order
please think before buying, read the whole listing before buying, buying it means u are commiting to a trade/ deal.
Please understand ROSY'S GARDEN is ONLY a net store. Please dont assume my store to have the same service as department stores or chain stores. But I am a fair person, I judge whatever it make sense.

* unreasonable cancellation is something like " i cant afford it anymore because i need the money to fix my car" " i dont want the item anymore because i want to spend the money to elsewhere" "I dont have enough funds in my debit card" "I didnt read the listing properly" etc These are very typical examples of what I wont take as reasons. Those impulse buying reasons are not a reason.
For customers that ask to back off a trade I will reject to trade with them again. (except for people who have understandable reasons)
Also I might not answer any email regarding to things like this.

There used to be another rule that I allow canceling of orders made within 2 hours BUT there are customers are misusing this and I just won't be tolerating this anymore. I treat this the same as unreasonable cancellation of a trade.

What is a custom listing?

Custom listing is a listing created my me and the items are requested by the buyer. Anything that is not listed in my shop, sold out items, bulk orders fulfilled the criteria for me to create a custom listing for the buyer.
Rules to the custom listing: (added as of 5th of August 2014 3:19am HKT)
* Please think about what you want to order, once i made the custom listing and when the buyer doesn't pay in the requested time frame without an understandable reason will go into my blacklist
* Please READ the listing before buying, CHECK if I have put in the correct product name in the listing, please understand it is the buyer's duty to read the listing before buying. If a buyer failed to check the listing before paying and end up receiving the wrong product, i will only claim half responsibility. That means buyer needs to pay half of the product money and shipping money for me to send the correct item out again, or half refund will be received.
* Added as of 23rd of May 2015. If you are very very kin to take a look at a photo of what you are buying ( For say you are very picky about the face of an alpacasso, you cannot accept derpy faces etc) Please tell me you want a photo when you ask me to find something. This will save me from a lot work because a lot of times the flow is like this - You request something, - I find it in my storage and take home - email you about making a custom order base on the things you request - you pay for the listing - I send the item out.
It is nothing wrong for being picky, as a collector I can understand this but all I want to stress is tell me you want to see the items you want to buy before I take home. That is all I ask for. So that I don't have to take it back to the storage if you don't want it.

If you didn't ask for a photo when you request the item and requests a photo when I already took the item home, I MIGHT NOT handle your custom requests ever again.

**Please note that this does not apply to long retired items because I might only have one or two, there is no point for me to take a photo for you to choose**

=====CANCELLATION OF A CUSTOM LISTING=====
* This rule is added as of the 20th of April 2015, if you ask me to find something from my storage or help you to buy something from HK or Japan on your behalf (if you already agreed to buying it and knowing the price, for say I already told you the price or the price is already in my shop for example sold out items in my shop that still have the listing with the price), once the item is in my hand (that means when I email or message you about the item is here and telling you I am making a custom listing when you already knew the price before. Before I email you which is before the item is being found it is the time I accept cancellations.) I consider you are already committed to buying all the things you asked for. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU ARE NOT READY IN BUYING IT OR IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE YOU WANT IT. Please respect me as a hard working seller who only have myself to do have tons of things. If you back off from something like this, please understand I will not deal with you again for custom listings. This applies to everyone and I won't take reasons like I suddenly don't have the funds because my car broke down or paying for other things or I want to change my mind etc. Sorry for being strict about this but there have been WAY TOO MANY people who are abusing this and I just need to protect myself from it.

Questions about Alpacasso tags & Licensed version AMUSE stock & sizes

I only sell authentic amuse alpacassos that comes from a reputable source.
Most of the items released after Jan 2013 should have 3 tags. (The 3rd tag appear in Jan 2013) But sometimes I get the older stock as southeast asia license Amuse alpacasso therefore it can be without the quality tag(the bigger white tag) but it doesnt mean the alpacasso is fake or a factory return, with the Southeast Asia license Amuse items they ALWAYS have the laser sticker at the back of the main tag to prove its authenticity and the quality.

Although there are a few exceptions but 99% of my stock other than from the Amuse licensed are with the correct amount of paper tags.
The 1% being it pilled off somewhere during or after it shipped to me.

Please don't mix up licensed version Amuse with Fake things. Because Amuse is paid for it and it is just like Bandai having different license around the world. If there are any questions or you want to discuss with me please feel free to email me.

Sizes of Amuse plushies can vary.

The sizes Amuse produces there are 6 main sizes
Standard plush (ST) size which it is always call the 16cm plush size.
Ball chain plush keyring (LMC) or little mascot size which is always call the 12cm ball chain keyring size.
Strap size (VMC) or very small mascot which is always call the 8cm strap keyring size.
Puchimaru are the ones that are around 4cm - 5cm with plastic beads in side with a strap.
Big plush size please note that it ranges from 25cm to 55cm size.

Please understand according to Amuse which is manufacturer, sometimes some characters or some series can be smaller than other but in Rosy's garden it will be always listed as the size guide given by the manufacturer. (Big plush size I am more precise so the measurement must be right)
But other sizes please understand it is stated as it is. Please don't come and complain it is 2-3cm smaller than advertise.

Why I contacted your paypal email address and never gets a reply?

For all the questions please ask me via storenvy or my tumblr. If you didnt see me replying you please do not hesistate to message me again. I usually answer within 12 hours. (except weekends and public holiday)

Please DON'T contact me via my paypal email address because you are very unlikely to get any response.
Basicailly I never check that email because I have a lot of notification received in my paypal email address.

Which days of the week do you ship?

We ship your package from 2 - 3 times a week, with the exceptions of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We store most of our items at a storage area, so if you purchase an item on Thursday (HK time), the item will be shipped on the next Monday(HK time)

The reason I can't do Saturday morning anymore because there are too many other people doing a lot of things in the post office and it takes double to triple the time to line up than usual.

Why I received the item so fast last time and not this time?

Shipping time will vary depending on the speed of the postal officers and custom officers of both countries. We are not in control of this, but we will do our best to ship out the package as soon as possible, which is usually the next business day. Please do not question us as to why the package delivery time is longer than the last package you ordered, as we are not in control of the delivery time and can only make assumptions for you. If you wish to have more accurate tracking and fast delivery everytime, please contact us to upgrade your shipping.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking number will be given out when I am preparing the parcel to ship. I will put the tracking number on the paypal transaction and storenvy order history, both are viewable by buyers when they login to their paypal and storenvy.

There will be emails generated automatically to the buyer's paypal and storenvy register email with tracking numbers when I put in the tracking numbers in those website.

Why is my parcel not sent yet?

Before, I can send the next day but because my product variety have grew so big (for one single person to deal with) so I have made changes to the shipping dates of packages.

I ship 2 - 3 times each week, if it isnt, it must be due to the following information:

**also giving you the tracking number doesnt mean it is shipped, it only means I have processed your parcel. I make the tracking numbers online so I give them out to you before it is shipped**

1) Extreme bad weather conditon
In HK we do not have Earthquakes, Tonardos or Bush fires but we have a natural disaster call Typhoon. Our HK government gives us advice by having different signals so people knows when it is safe to go out. When it is signal 8 and above, the post office won't be open, therefore all parcels will be shipped the next day after it is safe to go out.
Also heavy rain fall I wont be able to ship as well, please understand we have drastic weather signals call red rain and black rain. Post office wont open when either of the 2 rain signs are on.

2) Public holidays
All countries or cities can have very different holidays, when it is a public holiday the post office won't be open, therefore all parcels will be shipped the next day after public holiday ends.

3) Please read Item description
Please read all the item description carefully, because there are items I did put to wait for a several days before it gets shipped. Buying the items I assume the customer have read it.

4) Personal obligations
I am a sole trader, I only have myself in this business and i am a full time worker in HK too, there are times that i am sick or having overtimes or other obligations. With this kind of reasons, I will send an email to the buyer regarding to this.

5) Too much work
It is sometimes the reasons I cannot fulfill the next day shipping promise. Because Rosy's garden is a one girl sole trader business, so sometimes it is hard to get things done in time when there are too many things come up at the same time. Running a business isn't just about shipping things there are a lot of other back up work for example collecting stock from the post office and sort them to the storage is something that does take a lot of time especially my stock variety have been growing so much.

6) Large amount of orders
For retail it is sometimes quiet but sometimes there are just a lot of orders at the same time. So sometimes it is slower to ship things.

7) Have you read the whole listing before buying?
Sometimes for some of the items I do put there is a particular shipping date to it. I would put it as the first sentance of the listing so that I do assume all buyers have read it before buying it. Please understand it is a buyer's responsibility to have read everything before buying so that there will be less misunderstanding caused between me and the buyers.

Can I combine my order together?

I can only combine your order together only if 1) I havent pack yet 2) you mentioned it in the later purchase and make me aware you have made a purchase earlier.
Please understand it must fulfill the above 2 points. Later emailing me about combine of order I might not be able to do it because this will create me work and the most important thing it is easy for me to do things wrong.

What is your ebay's user name?

My ONLY ebay user name is ROSY61987 (please note that it ends with 87) ALL my accounts, storenvy, facebook, instagram and ebay have the same user name.
I am currently being impersonated by another seller. If you see an account with a similar name, that person is a fake ROSY.
This have been going on for 9 months. I am being impersonated and defamatory libeled by a competitor seller. These all started when I became a bigger seller, when people are envy about you they do everything to damage you and really there isnt anything I can do. I remain silent at most times because I believe if I never done anything bad there isnt a need for me to speak in the public just to clarify myself...
and someone who would use that much time to do evil things just to damage others verbally and stealing pictures just to libel, disturb sellers and buyers by blackmailing them etc doesnt really deserves any attention. Anyway, I do constructive things and remain to be a good person that is all I can do.

Storenvy Bug

At the time being I noticed a storenvy bug.
If your purchase has been partially refunded the transaction will show up as cancelled in the sellers and buyers dashboard. In fact the transaction isnt cancelled.

So if you see this please do not worry, your parcel will still ne processed and shipped.
