This set is so vibrant and cute!!! The shirt is hand drawn and cut, and machine sewn using high quality designer fabric. The clouds are made of super soft minky with a felt heart featuring your little ones hand stitched age or initial. It is paired with our signature EXTRA FULL twirl skirt that is made out of high quality designer fabrics, it has a drop waist and over 80 inches of fabric gathered into it.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
