A. Delivery Time
All of our dresses are made to custom order. Buyers will receive their dress in 20-25 days after they pay their order. However, if you need your dress in urgent, please let us know when you order it. We will make it as rush order. You will receive your dress in about 10-15 days.
B. Sizes
You can order your dress in our standard size or custom made size.
If you are custom made size, please send us those measurements:
Bust:___inches; Waist:___inches; Hip:___inches;
Height(top of head to floor with your high heel shoes):___inches.
If your dress with sleeves, please also send us Sleeve length and Bicep.

If you want to order other color dress, please contact us. We will send you our color chart to choose the color you like.
D. Shipping
Your dress will be sent to you through UPS or DHL. The tracking number will be offered when your dress is sent to you.
E. Return policy
If there is any problem with the dress you received. Please contact us, and state the problem of your dress in first time.
a. Item must be returned with 7 days of accepting the delivery.
b. Buyer responsibility to the return shipping cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually, you will receive your order in about 20-25 days after you order it. Your order will be sent to you in 15-20 days, and it cost about 5 days to ship it.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We have customers from all over the world.
Can I order the dress in my size and color?
Custom made size and color are accept. If you can't find your size in our size chart, we can make your dress in the size you give us. You also can choose other color if you don't like the color in picture.
Which express will delivery my order? And can I get tracking number when my order is sent out?
Most of our products will be sent by UPS or DHL. The tracking number will be offered when your order is sent out. :)
Can you make the dress in my design? eg. if I need add a sleeve for my dress.
We making dresses for more than 7 years, we can make the dress in your design.
If I need a dress urgent, how long time can I get it?
If you have an urgent order, please let us know when you order it.We will try our best to make and send it to you asap. You can receive it in about 10 days after you order it. But you need pay 30 dollars for it.

Except America, most countries need too pay custom taxes. However, we will mark $30-40 on the invoice, so that you just pay less taxes.
