Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes I sure do! That is, if you don't mind paying the shipping charges. International shipping can be rather costly. However, the buyer is responsible for any customs issues they might encounter and is responsible to know what is and isn't allowed to be imported, etc.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer free shipping to international buyers :( So if a product says "Free Shipping," it's for domestic orders only.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

I try to ship every Monday, if I am unable to ship on Mondays then the orders will be shipped by no later than Friday. I ship maximum 2 times a week.

Can I request custom jewelry/art?

Sure! Just as long as I have artistic and creative freedom. I don't do nudity, violence, hate art, or anything negatively portraying any set group of people or religion.

The wait time for custom art depends on how many orders I have pending for custom art. Just send me a message or email and I'll provide you with that information.

How long does it take for you to complete a Custom Scrabble Tile order?

It depends on if I'm backed up with orders or not. All orders are completed as they come in. It takes about 3 days for the scrabble tiles to be completely dry and ready for shipping. I try to be as prompt as possible when it comes to filling orders and shipping.

What is your return policy on Sterling Silver?

Due to the cost of Sterling Silver and the custom nature of my Sterling designs, I do not accept Sterling Silver returns. If you are unhappy with the design you may return it within 30 days to be altered to your tastes until you are happy, but unfortunately a refund cannot be awarded.

Can I request items of more "expensive" tastes?

You most certainly may. If you would like jewelry made from sterling silver and Swarovski crystals then please message me and tell me. I do not keep sterling silver on hand, so I have to order the supplies first. I will try my hardest to keep your expenses low without sacrificing design, but I do ask that you pay for the supplies used in the design and a makers fee that will be determined at time of purchase.

Custom Sterling Silver jewelry designs will take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to complete.

I noticed you have some listings that are reserved. Can I buy it/reserve a listing?

I do reserve listings for return/faithful customers. If the listing is not reserved for you, unfortunately you cannot buy it. I can, however, replicate the design if I have the necessary supplies. It may not be completely exact and I cannot promise the same pricing if I do not have the supplies I need on hand, so let me know if you have an item you're keeping your eye on. I can reserve it for you, but any longer than two or three weeks then I'll have to remove the reserved tag from the listing and it's then free game.

Are all your items one of a kind/original?

Yes and no. My designs are exactly that: Mine. I gather inspiration from some big names out there but I'm not one to copy. That's just the same to me as plagiarizing someone's writing. So yes, in essence my designs are original. I do not mass produce jewelry, but I can replicate one of my designs that has sold out. I may not be able to replicate it with 100% accuracy due to the nature of some of my supplies, but I can create an item pretty close in similarity.
