Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Not at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship your order within 10 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

How much do you charge for a price quote?

Zilch. Nil. Nada. There is no charge for simply getting a price quote.

Is there a setup fee?

A one-time, minimal setup fee of $5 may apply, depending on the shirt design. Once we've created the template and have it on file, all future orders of the same design will not be subject to the setup charge.

Can I order a rhinestone transfer and iron it on myself?

No. Here's why. When rhinestones are set with a typical hand-held iron, they tend to fall off within a few washes... if not sooner. We want your garment to last, so we use a commercial heat press to set the stones into place. If you already have a specific garment that you would like for us to use, please contact us directly to discuss.

Are the t-shirt styles and colors seen on your website the only ones available?

No. If you do not see the shirt style you'd like, contact us. We literally have access to hundreds of shirts in various styles and colors.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Contact us directly to place a large order (ten or more items of the same design). You could save up to 10% off the regular retail price!
